Hi!

My name is Nikolai Sorokin and I’m a Chicago based actor, singer, model, entertainer, composer, and teaching artist! I received my BFA in Acting from North Central College, and have also studied multiple types of dance and vocal performance. When I’m not performing, you can find me offstage directing and workshopping at the high school and collegiate level, as well as composing and arranging music. I additionally teach piano, voice, acting, and improv classes for all age levels in conjunction with the Paramount Theatre in Aurora. Late at night on other stages (or sometimes without a stage at all), my work also includes drag, burlesque, male performance, and clowning. I am always striving to the be a modern renaissance man in the arts, and I am always open to making connections and learning new skills!

Beyond the stage, I love spending time outside hiking, biking, and swimming. I also enjoy drawing, painting, calligraphy, fashion and styling, makeup, and playing the piano.
